GENERAL QUESTIONS
TO BUYERS FROM GERMANY
For shipping to Germany, I will have to use a cardboard box due to Germany's customs. I will also strip all of my ziplock bag packaging and replace them with paper. Because of this, shipping fee is significantly more expensive since it is calculated by the box's volume. I will try to pick the smallest box available depending on your order to save shipping fee!

♡ how long does shipping take?
about 14 - 20 business days. it can be longer depending on the time of the year (such as holidays, etc!). it also depends on the customs on your country.
♡ when will you ship my order?
if it's an in stock item, i will try to send it out within 5 business days (it will depend on how busy i am in real life, holidays, etc!) i manage my store alone so it takes a while for me to pack the items and ship them out but i always try to ship them as soon as possible!
if it's a pre-order item, it usually takes around a month to finish production for acrylics, and 2-3 weeks for everything else. i usually update on my twitter whenever i open pre-orders so please follow my twitter (@cherriimi) for more information! i will always post an update thread to keep you updated on the production progress
CANCELS / RETURNS / REFUNDS
♡ strictly no refunds/cancel! once you have checked out, i will not allow refunds/cancel for your order.
♡ if the package gets returned to me, i can ship them out again but you will have to pay an additional fee. please inform me via e-mail or twitter DMs with your order number!
♡ i am not responsible for any lost packages. i'm very sorry but i will not issue a refund to you if the package gets lost in transit.
I will try to help you if it's stuck in my country's post office or my country's customs and will do my best to provide all shipping information and tracking numbers. If it's stuck in your country's customs, please contact your local post office instead!
Any lost items due to natural disasters, or wrong address on your end is NOT my responsibility. If it is on my end, I will re-send the items and you don't have to pay extra.
