GENERAL QUESTIONS

The shipping fee shown already includes all kinds of fees (handling fees, transaction fees and packaging fees) and there will be no more additional charges to you! Once you have placed your order, you can sit back and relax while I pack your order and ship them to you! :D

TO BUYERS FROM THE UNITED STATES

Per August 29th 2025, I will not be able to ship to the US with regular international mail. All orders to the US will use POS INDONESIA Pos Ekspor (export mail) service and the shipping fee is significantly higher than regular mail.

Please order at your own risk! Taxes can get very high so I would recommend ordering via a proxy / group order (if available) instead.

Regular mail might be available again in the future, but there is no exact date. I will keep you updated in case it's back so I can adjust my shop shipping fees again.

TO BUYERS FROM GERMANY

For shipping to Germany, I will have to use a cardboard box due to Germany's customs. I will also strip all of my ziplock bag packaging and replace them with paper. Because of this, shipping fee is significantly more expensive since it is calculated by the box's volume. I will try to pick the smallest box available depending on your order to save shipping fee!

♡ do you ship worldwide?
yes i do! but if your country isn't listed, please let me know and i can check it for you.

♡ how long does shipping take?
about 14-20 business days. it can be longer depending on the time of the year (such as holidays, etc!). it also depends on the customs in your country.

♡ when will you ship my order?
for in stock items, i usually ship within 5 business days. i manage my store alone so it can take a while for me to pack, but i always try to ship them as soon as possible!

during pre-order periods (big offline events, new item release), it may take up to 1-2 months for me to ship them out. it will depend on my merch vendors. i usually post an update thread on my twitter / instagram for the production progress!

♡ CANCELS / RETURNS / REFUNDS ♡♡♡

♡ stricly NO refunds/cancel. once you have checked out, i will not allow refunds/cancels for your order.

during pre-order periods, cancels before the pre-order closes is allowed.
please contact me before the end of the pre-order period. after that, i do not accept refunds.

i will only allow refunds if...
♡ i sent you the wrong item and i don't have stock for the right item.
♡ you received the item in bad condition / it arrives broken and i don't have stock to re-send the item to you.
♡ the package gets lost because of a problem from my end (i input the wrong address / information)

if the package gets returned to me due to the reasons below...
♡ you input the wrong address during check out, so they couldn't deliver the package to you
♡ you failed to pick up the package / package wasn't delivered
♡ your country's customs returned the package to me


i can ship them out again but you will have to pay an additional fee. please inform me via e-mail (no twitter DMs since notifications gets stuck very often T.T) and let me know your order number!

♡ i am NOT responsible for any lost packages
i'm very sorry but i will not issue a refund to you if the package gets lost in transit due to natural disasters, or anything out of my control.

i will try to help you if it's stuck in my country's post office or my country's customs and will do my best to provide all shipping information. if it's stuck in your country's customs, please contact your local post office instead! make sure to always keep an yee on the tracking and please ask your local post office if you think something may be wrong with your package.

once again, any items lost due to natural disasters, or wrong address on your end is NOT my responsibility. if it is on my end, i will re-send the items and you don't have to pay extra.
